I started my process of gathering quotes and information for FUE replacement procedures and I called BOSLEY. Joy Small was my consultant and she was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable, very transparent, and had a very welcoming and energetic attitude. Of the 3 places I contacted Joy was the most professional in her demeanor, appearance, and presentation of options and information. After my consult with Joy, I felt most comfortable choosing BOSLEY as my hair restoration specialists.

I had a hair transplant at a plastic surgeon’s office. I came to Bosley for a second to improve the hairline. Bosley has the best people and technology. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bosley to someone considering this procedure.

Dr. Phipps is the best . I don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for her honesty and kindness. I can tell she loves what she does. And she is very detailed . From my first visit to understand how the procedure works until the day to get it done everyone in that office was amazing and very patient. Nick was very helpful with all my questions and no pressure at all . The people who works there are so kind and supportive. Made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so so much . The staff is friendly and makes your comfort there top priority. The techs ask frequently if you are feeling any discomfort to make sure you are having a great experience. I believe that the sedation level is perfect you drift off awaken in time for lunch and then can snooze until your procedure is finished. The doctor and staff make sure before you leave you have all after care products and instructions that they verbally give before your done. Dr. Phipps is great she asks what your concerns are then gives you her opinion on what she can do or not do for you.

One of the most terrible experiences of my life. TLDR: The "Bosley Guarantee" is a total lie and complete scam. After a consultation with the assistant and agreeing upon 2000 grafts, I scheduled my surgery date. Dr. Phipps canceled on me and rescheduled three times...the first of many red flags. One time they completely forgot to inform me and I called the day before only to find out they had moved it. Unprofessional, but fine, whatever. The day comes, they offer 100 grafts for free for all the scheduling issues, the procedure happens and I go home. I take all my own before and after pictures to document the process. Both by manual counting and software assisted image analysis, I estimate that I actually received roughly 1800 grafts instead of the 2100 I paid for. Also, my hairline is completely crooked and it's embarrassing to style my hair up, so to this day I still wear it down to cover it. They advise you schedule a follow up appointment 6-12 months after the procedure. They claim this is to make sure all of the grafts are growing well (the "Bosley Guarantee"), but in reality it was 100% about trying to convince me to spend more money on another procedure. When I ask how they (quantitatively) measure how well the grafts have grown, Dr. Phipps literally handed me a mirror and showed me a before picture and said "see the difference?!" I pointed out I believe I received 300 fewer grafts than I paid for, only to find out they keep absolutely no documentation of the procedure. You simply have to take their word. I also pointed out just how crooked the hairline is. Dr. Phipps has such a toxic personality, she is literally incapable of comprehending that she might have done something wrong. Her brain can only believe anything she does is pure magic. After some back and forth, she simply tries to convince me that "nobody's going to notice". Really, I implore you, go literally anywhere else.
